There is no value here. The Linden Method is worthless. In order to follow the Linden Method you would have to be anxiety free to start with. They also have a deceptive money back guarantee. Stay away.

Beware, scammer!

I'm convinced this is a scam preying on vulnerable people. Listening to the first episode, he claims for example to want to 'heal you, specifically you', and he claims to have helped thousands of anxiety sufferers, and he says if you follow his level 4 program you can be a professional practitioner very quickly, and he says the medical profession isn't helping people with anxiety because the science isn't there but then later on he claims his method is backed by science… The whole episode contains absolutely nothing to support any of the claims he makes. Stay away people!

I listened to this podcast and I was disappointed. I felt that it was a promotion for the program and videos he sells and it contained no content that I could take away. I hope that the other podcasts move past the effectiveness of the short videos and resources at his center and that anxiety can be overcome to content I can 'take away' and implement.
