The Sony PlayStation Portable is a handheld gaming device released in North America in 2005. Most PSP owners elect to purchase new PlayStation Network games through the PSN Store. However, this is not your only option. You can also purchase new games at the convenience of your computer, transferring them to your PSP at any time using MediaGo, an official program by Sony. Once you install the program, transferring your purchase takes only a few minutes.
Double-click the MediaGo desktop icon. Wait a few minutes for the program to fully load.
Attach your PSP to your computer using its USB cable. If your PSP is not set to automatically enter USB mode, select 'On' under 'USB Auto Connect' in the 'System Settings' menu. Wait for the program to recognize your device.
Click the category you want to view on the left-hand sidebar. For purchased games, click 'Downloads.'
Click the games you want to transfer onto your PSP. Hold the 'Ctrl' key while clicking to select multiple games at a time.
Transfer your files in one of four different ways: click the 'Add to: PSP Memory Stick' button on the bottom of the program, drag the files onto the 'PSP Memory Stick' category in the left-hand sidebar, press 'Ctrl' and 'T' simultaneously or right-click your selections and pick 'Add to: PSP Memory Stick.' Wait for the files to transfer.
Disconnect your PSP device after the transfer bar, located on the bottom of the screen, reaches 100 percent.

Make sure to try opening the Installer as an Administrator by Right Clicking the file and selecting Open As Administrator.
Or, just turn off that moronic UAC and never have to worry about running anything as administrator again
The installer will download to the PC but it will not run the installer. I had my son use an actual Diablo III CD and it ran into the same problem. It comes up that it is updating and then when it starts to go to the installer, it vanishes. I don't understand, I was just playing this game 2 nights ago. Is there a pathway that's blocked? By the way, thank you.
you can have many reasons in this case.
eg: are you using any kind of security software/firewall/antivirus etc. do check if its blocking anything blizzard
if you are using peer block, then you may need to whitelist blizzard/activision (and others such as steam/sony entertainment online but not relevant here)
UAC is another thing
having free disk space.
whether your network is blocking p2p traffic
I would suggest you check online for support. or submit a support ticket if the problem is installation.
try the support forums: this is the basic setup faq

Couple things.
First you should have simply posted a new thread in the technical support section rather than revive a very old thread.
Second. If the launcher is not showing an INSTALL button or PLAY button when you click on Diablo 3 while LOGGED IN, then you may need to uninstall the launcher, REBOOT the system, and reinstall the launcher. Try logging out of the launcher first, then logging back in as well.
Have you added any new software since the last time you used it? You can check your programs by date installed to look for any new changes.
Game on.
Did not now how to start new thread.
Any how, it works now.
When i opend battle.net and chose diablo there was no button, just i image saying i should by new expansion. That image was advertising with a little X in the right top corner. When i closed that window the play button was there.. :)
They should have made it more clear that was advertising, i thought it was something wrong with the game. Why show me that advertising when i allready bought it and why not make a bigger X or a button 'skip ad'.
Any how, thanks
